Xuening Sun is a PhD candidate at UC Berkeley, under the research guidance of Prof. Alberto L. Sangiovanni-Vincentelli. His academic research focuses in system-level composition methodology for analog/mixed-signal systems.

In addition to academic interests, Xuening is also an entrepreneur. He is a part of the elite 2010 Mayfield Fellows, which aims to train the next generation of business leaders in high-tech industries. Currently, he’s working on a stealth-mode startup that focuses on leveraging new media for local services. In addition, Xuening has business interests in web and mobile computing, renewable energy, intelligent energy management and control, and biomedical applications.
